Buses
Improving the buses means more than how often buses run. Yes, some
buses need to be more frequent, but passengers also need better information.
A few bus stops in the town have displays to tell you how long your
bus will be: we need far more of them. The bus station needs smartening
up, to make it a more pleasant place to welcome you to the town centre,
or rest after a hard day's work.
Buses also need to connect better with each other, and with the trains.
For them to connect better with the trains, more bus routes need to
go close to a station entrance (take a look at what I have to say about
the station).
